Orbital Labs

We build tools to solve problems we encounter — for our work, our interests, and everything in between. Some come from our cybersecurity practice, others from the things we're passionate about, and sometimes we just build something we wish existed. Then we ship it.

Built by the Orbital Intelligence team in Florida. We build for ourselves first, refine it through daily use, and share it when we're happy with it.

Apps

Installable apps for Mac, Windows, and iPhone.

Drop in two files or two folders. Orbital Delta shows every difference — words in a text file, a single inserted byte in a binary, or a whole directory tree — and never writes anything back.

Delta started as a faster way to see what changed in a file or a folder during a forensic investigation, without writing anything back and without connecting to a network.

  • Text, hex, and folder tree — same window.
  • Read-only and sandboxed. No network, no accounts, no telemetry.
  • Built so a one-byte insert reads as a one-byte change, not a ruined file.

Live data from a Tempest station on iPhone — current conditions, NWS alerts, radar, lightning, and storm tracks — built because we run a station and wanted the experience we could not find.

  • Live station observations and historical statistics.
  • Official NWS alerts plus radar and lightning.
  • Metric / Imperial toggle without leaving the dashboard.

Tools

Small utilities that run in the web browser. No install.

See what the outside world sees when you connect. Public IPv4, the ASN and network that announce it, and the coarse location those records advertise.

  • Public IP, ASN, organization, and CIDR in one view.
  • Continent, country, region, city, and coordinates from the network record — not a street address.
  • Built for the moment you join a client network and need to know how you look from the outside.

Hash Generator

Paste a string. Get the digest. SHA3-512, SHA3-256, SHA2-512, SHA2-256, SHA-1, and MD5 in one pass — the set we reach for when a hash in a ticket, a manifest, or a malware note needs a second opinion.

  • All six digests at once. No hopping between utilities.
  • Same input, same algorithms every time, so you can compare against a value you already have.
